ASSALAMUALAIKUM and Hi !

Hari ni aku nk share travel tips especially for WOMAN, memandangkan kita ni kaum2 hawa..kalo nk travel tu,mmg segala mak nenek nk dibawak kan..beg toileteries lain, beg mekap lain,,iye dak??

ok..since aku travel much and dah boleh simplify barang2 yg penting utk digunakan.Meh aku share tips2 for a light travel and xperlu nk pening2 lagi dah time packing.

Light Packing for : MEDICINE &TOILETRIES 

MEDICINE 

 Firts Aid Kit Pouch : Free ngan all kit as in the picture, jimat duit xpyh beli bende2 tuh..hehehe..

Pouch ni free aku beli Sunblock SUNPLAY

                     Ini adalah bende2 yg akan ku sumbat ke dalam  First Aid pouch kaler biru tu 

No Label Merah 

1- Pbt Bandage big size

2- Pbt Bandage small size

3- Plaster luka

4- Adhesive Tape

5- Non-Woven Pad (square)

6- Alcohol Pad

*gunting kecik +safety pin Perlu ada, tp xda dlm gmbar..hee~~

No Label Hitam 

1- Paracetamol/ Panadol

2- Kool Fever -kot2 badan overheat

3- Koyok/ Red Chilli Plaster. Koyok ni besar, guntingkan dan store dlm plastik.

4- Pain Killer/ubat tahan sakit

5- Evening Primrose Oil capsule

6- Ultimax cream- ubat panas utk sengal2 otot, non greasy (terpeleot tgh jln, senang nk tonyoh)

7- Minyak Cap kapak..ini WAJIB !!

8- Strepsil MAX- blackcurrant je aku bleh ngumam, yg lain tekak xterima

Untuk makluman tuan2 dan puan2.. bawaklah ikot keperluan diri dan for emergency case, iam not advise if u put a pill in a pill box sbb pill box xkedap udara dan makan ruang utk packing, gunakan plastik (rujuk item no 5)..lebih fleksibel guna plastik

Selain itu adalah sgt penting ubat2tan ni bila kita ke Oversea,ni ubat2 yg kita dah biasa makan, klo nk cari kt farmasi sana, ntah apa bahan dan kandungannya mungkin berbeza..time travel..gigih ke nk g cari farmasi??

3- Biore Uv face Milk- Sunblock utk muka

4- Hand sanitizer- beli paling murah...ahaaha

5- The Body Shop-Shower gel (in case shower gel hotel xbest)

6- Dermalogica- Facial foam

7- Nivea- ubat ketiak (aku xleh pakai yg women punya,xconfident..hohoo)

8- Cotton Bud- Free Hotel toiletries yg lepas2

9- Sikat rambut- Free Hotel toiletries,yg lepas2

10-Wet Tissue (boleh jugak ditaruk dalam bag for hand carry)

11-Sunplay- Sunblock (depend on negara/vacation)

12-Travel Toothbrush with holder - Free from Saudi Arabian Airlines

13- Colgate - Free jugak masa demo kt KLCC

14- Mosquito Repellent Wipes - Beli kat Guardian 3pack for RM6.80 if iam not mistaken

15- Cotton Pad- sila la berjimat2 dgn memotong 4,pack dlm plastic kecik,sng nk sumbat

16- Clarins Hand and Nail treatment - Lotion incase kulit kering

17- Perfume- Daisy Marc Jacob- bwk yg miniature je udahhh..

18- Elseve nutri Gloss - Serum rambut

*gilrs private "thing" sila lah taruk dalm luggage +and few pieces  in ur hand carry bag..

silalah bwk toiletries dalam bekas comel,or if u pengumpul brg toiletries hotel, refill saje dalam bekas tu,tak perlu beli bekas2 tu kat kedai RM5..bawa yg betul2 perlu sahaja, and keep inside a smaller bag and well organize.

Ops..i dun have MAKE UP bag ! so save my luggage space!! i just use baby powder,lip balm dan celak/eyeliner , itu pun aku campak dalam  hand carry/ hand luggage je..

Reminder- if you travel by flight, toiletries ni taruk dlm luggage, cuz u bring lots of liquid, identify brg2 yg hendak digunkan diatas kapal terbang.. 

contoh mcm aku : Lipbalm,Strepsil-sllu dlm poket seluar je, celak, bby powder, campak dlm bag kamera(as hand carry/ hand luggage)

Hand carry/Hand luggage- liquid hanya dibenarkan adalah 100ML- Airport di Malaysia, others airport maybe different regulation and always check their and alert, possibilities lotion,perfume,ubat ubatan (unless declare by doctor) dibuang adalah sgt tinggi, so bring a small amount only.

*percayakah korg aku pernah p obersi hanya pakai non-woven bag(bag atas nun) as hand luggage-kamera,baju 2helai,file(for important document during board) ?? percayakah??
